The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following:
- Greet customers entering the establishment/being friendly
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff members
- Assist / listen to customers
- Process / inspect merchandise returns and exchanges
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards
- Reliable team player who follows through
- Able to make products look representable
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent preferred
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Multi-tasking customers & situations time to time
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Able to work well under pressure and busy customer atmosphere occasionally
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
